Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.

Furthermore included in this recent document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
